LAME!!

When I try to connect to my Facebook account, I get a pop up that says "please change the privacy settings for your device for the app to connect to basic Facebook info"
Settings are changed. Ive turned off & back on my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app.
I paid $2.99 for an app I cant use!
How do I get a refund??
