Please help not happy!

I love playing this game but for 18 levels Ive had to play as a guest. Pop up tells me to allow FB in settings... Its on! and been on. Now I deleted the app and went to reload it and it wasnt showing it in the cloud... So I paid another 2.99 and it still isnt letting me play via FB! I would like my money back cause I shouldnt have had to pay for it again. This is the apps issue not mine. I will forever diss this app to all I know if I cant get this issue cleared up. Please help. Thank you! Long time player of this game.
