Love it BUT...

I really like this game. But why oh why do I have to keep deleting and reloading this app?
There is a bug somewhere. For weeks now, when I try to launch it, it says connecting and spins and spins forever. So I delete the app and download it again, open it and get the opening disclaimer screen and it loads from there.
I tried to get the new version, but the new one completely forgot who I was and tried to start me at level 1. Arrrgh!
