Extremely disappointed

I tried in vain to contact Ludia because I had to reconnect this game after my phone was list. I had paid for many points and had completed many levels. I would like to retrieve those points and levels and after 5 weeks am still waiting for a response. Much time and money wasted and very unhappy!!
